What image formats are supported?
JPEG, PNG, and WebP via HTTPS URL. Clean product shots with neutral backgrounds produce the best results.
How long does processing take?
Typically 60–120 seconds per video. For high-volume batch generation, contact us for enterprise processing options.
Can I choose aspect ratio and duration?
Output is a 5-second MP4 in 9:16 (vertical/reels) format. Duration and aspect ratio are fixed in the current API version.
