Shopper / PDP fitting-room try-on — garment + model → on-model result. POST /api/v1/ai product_to_model. Standalone from Fashion Studio. Standard or explicit Pro. BYOM or Model Library URL.

Not brand catalog photoshoot — that is Fashion Studio. Model stills catalog alone is Model Library.

Frequently asked questions

• Is this the same as Fashion Studio (ai_models)?

  No. Try-On is shopper/PDP fitting-room via POST /api/v1/ai action=product_to_model (credit pool). Fashion Studio is brand catalog / campaign photoshoot via POST /api/v1/ai/models (500/2k/5k caps). Different jobs, different billing.

• Do I need Fashion Studio or Model Library to use Try-On?

  No. Try-On is standalone. Pass any HTTPS model_image (BYOM). Optionally use a Model Library catalog URL if you also subscribe to that catalog — Model Library never generates try-on results by itself.

• What garment categories are supported?

  upper_body (shirts, jackets, tops), lower_body (trousers, skirts), full_body (dresses, jumpsuits). Footwear not yet supported.

• How are credits counted?

  Standard: 1 credit per call. Premium: 13 credits per call. Credits are pooled across your plan — unused credits do not roll over monthly.

• Is Try-On included with Fashion Studio?

  No. Separate sellable addons. Note: Fashion Studio quality=pro still requires Try-On Pro entitlement — that cross-SKU gate is documented on the Studio page.

• Result image storage?

  Async job returns poll_url; completed results are hosted on KadmilOS CDN. Download or serve from the output URL.
